Hey Yall! Thanks for choosing me for your body art needs. For those who DON'T KNOW me, my name is Kila Renee'. My tattoo journey started 10 years ago, but I have been a licensed tattoo artist since 2014. I'm mostly known for being a versatile artist. I was voted Best Tattoo Artist in Kansas City's People's Choice Awards in 2022. My tattoo shop has been established since 2018, in the west bottoms of Kansas City, Missouri. Below will be all the information you need to know when booking with me. All I ask is that you respect my time, and I will respect yours.
Please read the entire text before booking. In order to confirm your appointment, you must agree to all rules and policies listed below.
🚨NEW CLIENTS/POTENTIAL CLIENTS🚨
People who have never gotten a tattoo by KILA RENEE. You will need to book a consultation before you book a tattoo appointment. DON'T NOT BOOK A TATTOO APPOINTMENT WITHOUT HAVING A CONSULTATION FIRST.
🚨RETURNING CLIENTS 🚨
Welcome Back! If you are booking this appointment for a new tattoo piece, you will need to book a consultation FIRST, unless you have been informed otherwise.
CONSULTATIONS
These appointments are so important! You will have my undivided attention for 30 minutes. We will discuss what size, what style, what area, color or no color?, and the estimated time it will take to finish. When booking a consultation please come prepared with your reference ideas ready. We will also discuss pricing in your consultation, and my hourly rate. When this session is finished we will book your tattoo appointment.
If you need some time to think about it before booking your tattoo session, you will have seven days after your consult to book the tattoo session and your deposit will still be used towards your total balance.
If you do not book a consultation before your appointment, drawing time will be included inside of your tattoo time.
I DO NOT send out designs in advance. The design will be shown when you come in for your appointment. Minor changes can be made the day of. Any major changes may result in rescheduling your appointment and/or possibly a redraw fee.
DEPOSITS
There is a nonrefundable deposit required at the time of your booking.
The deposit will go towards your total balance.
RESCHEDULING RULES
You have UP UNTIL 24 hours of your tattoo session, to reschedule you appointment.
You have the opportunity to reschedule your appointment only twice. Once you have used both opportunities to reschedule and attempt to reschedule a third time, you will lose your deposit and 50% of your sessions total will be charged to you. Your profile will also be banned from booking with me again in the future.
50% percent of your sessions total will be the inconvenience fee. No this total DOES NOT go towards a future session.
If you want to reschedule your appointment no need to reach out to me. You will need to open the confirmation email you recieved after booking your session. In that email you are given a couple of options, the one you need is "change/cancel appointment". This will take you to a new window, you will need to select RESCHEDULE. From there you can select the next available date that is more convenient for you.
If for whatever reason, you need to reschedule your appointment WITHIN 24 hours of your appointment you will lose your deposit. To reschedule that appointment, or book a new appointment in the future you will be required to pay 50% of that sessions price at the time of booking, which will go towards your last session.
NO CALL / NO SHOW
You will have a grace period of 30 minutes to show up to your appointment.
If you do not call and don't show up to your appointment within the grace period, 75% of your session's total will be charged to you and your profile will be blocked from booking me again.
75% of your sessions total balance, will be my inconvenience fee. This inconvenience fee DOES NOT go towards a future session.
I do not tolerate my time being wasted. So if sticking to a schedule isn't something your really good at, I might not be the Artist for you---respectfully.
LATE ARRIVAL
IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE LATE, YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE SHOP PHONE, BEFORE THE TIME OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

COVID 19 POLICY
Please come alone to your appointment.
If you choose to bring extra company to your session they will be asked to wait in the car. If that is a problem, we will cancel your appointment with no refund of your deposit.
Please be sure to wear a mask.
Do not come early.
If you’ve shown any signs of illness, please do not come to the studio. We will reschedule your visit no problem.
TATTOO PREP
Please get a good nights sleep the night before your appointment. Make sure you are hydrated and have had a meal before you arrive. You are more than welcome to bring water, snacks, and headphones to your appointment. Please avoid drinking alcohol the night before or the day of your appointment. Don’t forget to bring your photo ID.
